original creations of works will be admitted, copies are excluded.
Registration
limits : August 31th for artists residing in France or abroad.

Sending money in cash when registering is strictly prohibited
We
cannot accept any liability if money is sent in this form.
The selection
of the registered works will be made from any graphic media such as CD, slides, pictures...
by the Exhibition Selection Committee and only the works having
been selected by this Committee will be allowed to compete for
said GREAT INTERNATIONAL PRIZE FOR PLASTIC ARTS (GPIAPVNPACA).
The graphic media, for works selected or not, will be returned
to their owners at the end of the exhibition. The contribution
fees of the non selected works will then be reimbursed. The artist
has the possibility to compete with one to three works and will
have to legibly write on the back of the concerned works the title
of same.
All charges
for forwarding and reforwarding are exclusively on account of
the Artist. No dispatch of work will be accepted if the artist
remains indebted to the forwarding agent for dispatched works.
Please
add 10 euros to each cheque issued for payments made in EUROCHEQUES.
No need
to send us the original works before knowing if they are or not
selected by the Selection Committee.
The artist
will be informed of his eventual selection by ordinary mail before
the mid September. He will then also receive the guiding rules
to be followed for the forwarding of his/her original works and
for the respective insertion to be published in the descriptive
Official Catalogue of the Exhibition.
According
to the usual terms and conditions established for the Art Exhibitions
or Great Prizes :
The
Artists, Exhibitors of works of art, are obliged to insure the
selected works for any risks (fire, damages, losses, theft, etc...)
and also to be protected with a respective " civil liability
" insurance for any damages and/or accidents they may cause. The
Association organising the " G.P.I.A.P.", L'Aigle de
Nice, will in no case assume any responsability for all and any
damages which may be caused to the works during the carriage of
the exhibited works and this up to the end of the exhibition and
will also not assume any kind of responsability for thefts, loss
or damages caused to the exhibited works. The exhibiting artists
who are not covered for above-mentioned risks are laid under the
obligation to officially renounce to any claims whatever on or
against " L'Aigle de Nice " Organising this exhibition
and also obtain by written statement, of their insurance company,
the same renouncement as sald above. The
exhibiting sculptors will have to equip their works so that they
can be strongly fixed on a base in order to avoid eventual theft
or breakage.
The Association
" L'Aigle de Nice " cannot and will not assume its responsability
on the national territory of France or abroad, The Association
will remain the supreme ruler as to its decisions, its responsabilities
and its advertisements within the organisation of this Great International
Prize for Plastic Art.
In
case of any circumstances beyond its control and absolute necessity
" L'Aigle de Nice " reserves the right to:

change the dates and opening hours of the exhibition
WARNING
: Only colour slides of 24 x 36 mm format, without glass, will be
accepted by the Selection Committee. Any other types of slides will
be refused by order of the selection jury.
