he Aigle de Nice is a French non-profit organization registered in Nice. It was founded in 1988 by the famous french variety song writer and singer Alain Bideaux, who is still the Executive President. 
 
From then on, the team of the Aigle de Nice organize every year an International Arts Award Contest opened to everyone.
